When I open email attachments on my bes account, the attachment just shows funky letters all scrambled up. Like: ////hhhh/// for example and I can't read any attachments. It appears that I have a successful connection to our bes, and I have seen this on 2 different bb's that I have owned (7130 and now 8830). Our admin claims that it is ab unrepairable 'sync' issue due to the fact that I am on a separate lotus notes server from the one they have the bes running on (I am located at another building in my company, but the same network). Any ideas?? Also it is important to note that I can read the attachments through my bis email accounts on the same device leading me to believe it is not my handheld causing the issue. Thanks!
