Free memory.

There is a lot of talk about "free memory" on peoples BB. How do I check what my free memory is? What would be classed as ok? I'm not using a memory card at present would it help if I was ?

Memory card could help you in the sense of a place to move images and other media files, out of main memory. Watch your self, don't load up on app's and themes you don't really need, and see the stickies at the top of the general blackberry forum.
