Well, while it is only tangentially related to BBs, here is the deal.

My Firm (we are small, so lack an IT department) just started using Hosted BES. We are using outlook 2003 and 2007 Calendars, which sync with our BBs. I would like to set up an calendar that can be accessed by anyone in the firm, which "collects" all the calendar items in the firm. Basically, we will have a calendar clerk, or paralegal, who will be able to access that calendar, and see that there is a hearing on this, or a deadline on that, case. That way, she can tell if properly mainatin the court calendar for the firm. While it would be nice if she could add things to the calendar, and they sync with the blackberrys, and the individual calendars, I think that will need to be accomplished by her issuing a meeting request to the appropriate people.

ANyone have any ideas how to accomplish this. The only thing is, we want ANYONE in the firm to be able to access this calendar, but make sure that this central calendar is updated with EVERYTHING.
