View Full Version : headphone does not work on 8120?

I received my new T-mobile pearl 8120 last week. I love it. It works fine...except for when I plugged in my headphones (received with the device) and tried to use the phone. The sound would not come through the headphone speakers. Nor did it seem like the microphone worked. Everything is new about the phone. Am I missing a setting that needs to be adjusted? Please help. Thanks everyone.

Unplug/replug, battery-pull or try another headset to isolate the issue. If the other known-working headset works on yours, then it's your headset. If not, then it's the jack.
