Problem with Resource split across multiple jad cods

Hi,

I have an app that includes a resource which stretches across two cods.
If I load the app onto the device via the desktop (using the alx and single cod)
all works fine. When I try to load the app over the web using the jad file and the two unzipped cods it installs ok but when I run it the app complains saying
"Error starting myapp module 'myapp-1' not found"

I have successfully built and loaded multiple cod apps before using jad.

This problem seems to be associated with having a resource (e.g. an embedded image or audio file) that stretches across the two cods.

Anyone come across this - or even better - know how to solve it?
