Neverending Pending - Messenger Issues Please Help

hi!
thanks so much to the posters who helped me understand adding contacts by PIN. I immediately went home and added my neighbor and it went flawlessly.

Last night I tried to add another person. I did it exactly the same way I did my friend. Added each others PINs to address book, requested to add contact using PIN.

Now we both sit in neverending pending. I deleted then rebooted both phones, readded and still nothing.

What is up with this? It so maddening! Any ideas or help?

Vanessa, make certain that you have the correct PIN number.

Delete the contacts from both BBs, reboot, add the other back by PIN (don't let that friend also add you at the same time, only ONE of you add the other).

try sending a pin message to each other and see if it comes through
