email copies on handheld from Exchange client

I know there is a setting somewhere but I can't figure it out....
When I send (or reply) to an email from my Exchange Client on my laptop, I get a copy of it on my handheld everytime... How can I stop this?
I know its a simple one but.....

At the present time the only way to remove the sent items from you Messages list is to press ALT - O to display only the outgoing items. When they are displayed click in the track wheel and select delete prior. They will all be removed from the handheld while keeping them in MS Outlook.

alt+o shows everything outgoing From the Blackberry, SMS, phone calls, PIN to PIN, emails and has nothing to do with the question.
