Restore Phone Book to 7520

I recently had to replace my 7520 BB but I am unable to restore my phone book. Everything else does restore but not the phone list. I tried an older restore point but it was the same problem. When I relaced my phone I updated the desktop manager to 4.2.2.14 from the original one sent out with my phone back tree years ago.

I really need my phone book with over 600 contacts, so please help!:cry:

If you have a recent back up, do a selective restore. Go to back up and restore, then click advanced and then it should allow you to restore the phone book. Hope this helps!!

are you on a BES? if you have activated on it, turn off wireless sync under phone book.

I am not on BES. If BES is Enterprise Service. I have all my e-mial fowarded to my BB, e-mial works fine.

I still need help with this and am getting desperate. Is there a service center or on line help that I can go to or any other ideas. I know this is not too uncommon because my Nextel help line indicated it has happened before.

I am looking for help. I need some guidance on how to restore my phone book. Perhaps 3rd party software?
