Help please with sync problems

Hi all,

I really need some help with sync between BB and outlook. I can sync with my personal calender but when i try with a calendar in public folders it shows me an error message 'Unable to get data from an outlook or Ms exchange server' I am trying to sort this out for my boss who's now getting a little impatient. Help!!!

Unfortunately you can't sync public folder data with current versions of BES / DM software.

Hopefully this functionality will come with BES 5.0 ... but with the deprecation of public folders by MS; who knows.
