My wife pays $30/mo to sync to our personal email.

I pay $45/mo to sync to my work Enterprise server. Why is it so much more expensive, since it seems my company has paid for the Enterprise license.

Will the $30/mo personal plan with AT&T work with my Enterprise server?

Nope, the BIS plan of $29.99 will not work for your needs.

The BES client license and your data plan are two entirely separate things. The former goes to RIM. The latter goes to your carrier. You need both.
