Blackberry help for SMBs

I need some questions answered about Smartphones, if anyone can help i'd greatly appreciate it. If you can AIM me at Lilbizlaykray that would also be helpful.

I would like to know why the Blackberry is good for SMBs (small and medium sized businesses) and what it offers that other smartphones dont.

I'd also like to know some other competing smartphones that are good to use for businesses such as Palm, Nokia and the Iphone. If anyone can answer in this post or AIM me that'd be great.

You can probably get info on the other devices in forums tailored for those users. This is, afterall, a BB Forum.

BB offers dependability, security, ease of use.

Dependability doesn't even totally explain it. We have over 200 BB's deployed and our BES admin and BB support person only act in their BB support roles part time.
