Delete service books

HI all,
Is there a way to delete a users' service book from the BES server?
I have BES 4.1 and Exchange 2003 sp2.

The reason why i ask is that i noticed i did not have wireless sync showing on my 8830 and according to my server it is turned on.

The only way to relieve the problem is to delete the desktop cmime and resend the service book. I have tried to just resend the service book and it does not relieve the problem.


If anyone has a better way to fix this i am wide open to suggestions.

Did you ever get a Resolve for this question, I am trying to figure out how to delete the Desktop Service Book

Unforntunately there is no way to delete these from the BES other then erasing the device and doing a new activation.
