Email does not delete

I am having a problem with one of my BB's. when the user tries to delete a message on her email inbox on her PC (groupwise), it does not delete on the BB.

I checked email/option/reconciliation/ Delete on mailbox & handheld, wireless Reconcile on and mail box wins.

I tried the reconcile now option and I also tried purge delete. As far as I can see they did nothing. I am not really sure what they are meant to do though.

I was going to remake the user in BES anyways as my last resort. I will wait to wipe the BB and see if anyone has other ideas. I'm hoping its just a setting

you know BES i.c.w. Groupwise only deletes mail (reconcile) once a day when in o-api mode?

Thanks alot. My Curve was doing the same thing. This erased the messages.
