How can we choose which contact or address book we want to sync with using BES 4.1 for Exchange 07?

Any help would be great! Just migrated from Novel Groupwise 6.5.7 using BES 4.0.7.15

Thanks!!

You have more than one address book per user?
The BlackBerry device will sync with each user's personal address book.

You can lookup entries in the GAL by using the 'Lookup' feature on the device.

Yes some have many address books but only want a certain one synced... can you tell me what the default book is and how to change it?

They are aware they can do a look up but this does them no good when trying a phone number...

We are just going through the same migration of GroupWise to Exchange 2007 sp1. The migration tool we are using for GroupWise creates contacts folders that matches the various personal address books in GroupWise. As a best practices, we have had users create a personal address book in GroupWise called BlackBerry and selected this address book to sync with the BlackBerry device. To get the contact folders in Exchange to sync into the BlackBerry, go to the properties of the contacts folder that is not the default contacts folder and go to Outlook Address Book tab. Check the box that says "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" and the contacts will sync to the BlackBerry.
