Help With Attachments

We have 30 users on various BB's with our BES. I have some users on a 7100 device who cannot open attachments. Does anyone know if the latest version of Word will work? How about Excel?

It may help if you can list the versions of your BES and Office/Exchange.

Exchange 2003 SP2; BES 4.0.0.110

I know that for sure tchambers is correct with Exchange 2003 sp2 or higher. (2007) works wonders.
