Does anyone have any idea what is causing this warning to show up in the event log, Event ID 20000 Source Blackberry Router?

[DEVICE_SESSION:32AAEF4C:0078d2c0] Timer Event. Exceeded service authentication timeout. No authenticated services. Releasing session.
