hey im a second owner on my bb and im getting email from the previous owner sent to my phone.. and i dont know how to switch it to my email.. everytime i try it says to put pin and esn and i do then it just says this pin already has an excisting email and wont let me do anything from there .. how do i set up my email on this phone??

please help.. thanks

You need to see if you can contact the previous owner and get the pin released from the account. You might see if you can get your carrier to do it for you. It's worth a shot.

im pretty sure i have the pin number tho.. i have the original box isnt that number on the box the pin number??

The PIN number can be found on the device by going to Options >About. The previous owner has the pin registered to an email address, though. That's why you can't setup an account with it. It needs to be released from the previous owner's account.

You may have the PIN, but until the previous owner or the carrier releases it for your use... no go.
