Where to buy

Hi,
I need to eval the purchase of around 15 BBs. I would like to buy them in the US but they will be used overseas, therefore I need them "unlocked", not tied to a given provider. Any links to sites where I can buy them?

Why not just buy them overseas from the provider you will be using?
