Video file in BB

I have a windows media video file (video.wmv) and would like to upload it in my BlackBerry Device. I have the BlackBerry Desktop Manager but there is no option to upload or put the file in the device. How should I go about it?

Cant play videos on the 8700 as far as I know. You would also need a media card and a Desktop Manager of 4.2 or higher.

To solve your problem, purchase a 81xx, 83xx or 88xx model

Yes I have a 83xx with me now, and also Desktop Manager 4.2, but I dont have a way to put the file into the phone. The phone doesn't act as a device storage when I plug it via USB. Please advise?
