View Full Version : BB 7250 Freezing - HELP

I currently have a problem with my BB 7250. I just updated to v 4.1 and now the screen freezes and it says "Connecting to Desktop..." But even though the USB wire is connected, the screen won't go away and the Desktop Manager doesn't connects to it (But it detects the device PIN). I tried switching to another program on the BB, but it would go back to the message. Then I tried turning it off by pressing Alt+Esc, but the screen is still there. I also tried resetting it by pressing Alt+Right Shift+Del, but its still the same results. What can I do to get the message off?

did you try a battery pull?

I had that before too... I had to do a battery pull, unplug the cable, put the battery back in and reboot. Once it was up and all the internal checks were done, I plugged the cable in, and it started to sync
