I am reading that many of you suggest giviing up on Media Manager...
I haven't quite given up yet, but I am close.
Is anyone else having issues with Media Manager prompting for a password for the device over and over and over?
I have been playing around with this ever since I got my 8330. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Removed the password from my device. Everything. No matter what I do, I get repeated password prompts and Media Manager never opens the device.
I can browse the files at will on the computer through My Computer.
Now, I have looked up the instructions to cleanly remove Desktop Manager and am going to re-install the software today. I am using b25 downloaded from RIM.

I got frustrated and wiped my handheld this afternoon. Magic. It works.
I suspect that my computer didn't like formerly having my 8130 connected before and simply swaping the card over. I backed everything up, formated the card, wiped the handheld, and all is well.
