i think i am having problems

i just downloadd the desktop manager v 4.0. i dont think that it is working.
what should happen if i did it right and what will happen if i dd it wrong. thanks

firstly, which windows are you using, and if its XP, are you using SP2 or 3, because there have been flagged problems with the new SP3
secondly, how are you connecting, via USB or Bluetooth?

Get Desktop Manager version 4.2 Service Pack 2. I would recommend the version withOUT the Roxio Media Manager.
