Hi i've got about ten 7100v's that i need to wipe the memory on. We got them for a trial and have decided not to go with that particular company so we need to return the handsets.

Anyone tell me how i can nuke the messages/contacts/everything else?

open options security wipe handheld
then if you wanted to erase any applications you can do that through the descktop manager just hit the advanced key in the app loader and erase all application data

I don't have the option in the desktop manager to delete all, in fact I don't even have an advanced option and I have the latest Desktop manager, am I missing something? Thanks.

It's done on the BlackBerry, not in desktop manager.

You can also enter the wrong password ten times in a row (in the blackberry) - that pretty much does it.
