Internet Browser questions.

When I go to my Internet Browser icon, alot of stuff shows up. "WAP Blackberry", "Alltell Blackberry" "Bookmark page" which takes me to the option of a website.

I just don't understand what these are. On my old phone, when I went to the Internet icon, it took me directly to a webpage, my home page...
