View Full Version : Blackberry Email issue on new Pearl

I just replaced my a 8130 with a new one. The old one had a busted track ball. Anyway when I try to send an email via my Blackberry email address I get a message stating "No message services configured. You will only to Save Draft". Email worked fine on the old unit, what gives now?

FYI - I can receive just fine.

You need to go to the setup internet email icon on the device or go to the BIS login page for Verizon and tell the system you have a new device. It's still configured for the old device.

Internet email Icon? (I have an email settings icon). BIS login page? can't find that either. A real newb here.

Email Settings may do it...I don't use Verizon so your icons/labels may vary.

That's the right icon John. I got very used to it over the weekend two weeks ago when I was trying to fix a different problem where I had to remove and reload my OS a lot. :?
