Application Disappears @ HELP !!!!!!!!!

My application disappears after installed.

I convert my JAR/JAD files to *.COD and when I download the new JAD/COD files by OTA, I can download and install my application normaly.

When i try find my application in main menu my application isn´t listed ther but if i go in "Options>Advanced Options>Applications" my

application is ther!!

What happen?

comand to conver JAD/JAR to COD(OBS: *.rapc = *.jad):

Have you tried pulling the battery to reboot after install?

Yes, i do this.... and don't work! After that I tried to format and reinstall de OS in my device but still don´t work..
