Yes, I want to know how you like the Curve, Dawg. I just got a notice from Verizon that I can upgrade now, long before my 2 year contract is up on the 8703e. I have until June 15 for this offer.

Does this happen? I am really itching for an 8330. I visit this site too much without even owning a BB.

Call Verizon and ask them if you qualify for the early upgrade.
The worst that can happen is they tell you No.

They did it! My new 8330 will be here by Tuesday, then I can ask dumb questions from a BB.

Congrats. Just got your PM, sorry I didn't get a chance to reply, sounds like you got it handled though.

Wirelessly posted (my new touch button BB)

Congrats

We look forward to the "dumb" questions from the BB

I didn't mean for it to sound like everyone asks dumb questions. Specifically mine are not very well researched before I blurt it out. Sorry.

I can't get this off my mind since I posted that and read the replies. Also looked at the 8330 specs again on VZW and RIM's sites. I don't think I can wait til the weekend!!

One thing I'm wondering about is whether or not I can transfer licenses for my apps to a new device. I suppose that is up to each vendor? Anyone know about these specifically?

So, I emailed Pocket Day support and the licenses can be transferred. I got an almost instant reply to my email. That's great support. (y)
