8830 profiles help??

I have read about editing my ringer profiles but can't seem to figure it out. I've read I'm supposed to go into advanced options from the profile screen, but I cannot see the advanced options. Can anyone help me though this step by step? I'm an 8830 rookie. Thanks in advance.

On my 8830, ADVANCED is at the very bottom - roll down the list with the trackball, it was just below "screen view" and not showing when pressing the menu key.

I found it. Thanks ff2. Do u know if I can download songs as ringtones without a media card?

Yes, you can. Without a Media Card, you shouldn't download more than a couple in order to keep from filling your device memory.

You should cut the clip of the song you want to 30 seconds, then move it to your BB. See the FAQ on How do I load themes and ringtones.
