Hi i have got a blackberry 8100 and i qwanted to go on opera mini on it but i dont know were do download it from...

Can someone please tell me how to download it and if i can use it on the blackberry 8100....

You still need a data plan. You are browsing the internet which requires data transmission. It has nothing to do with Opera.

You don't need the specific BlackBerry data plan to use Opera, but you will need a data plan of some sort. Opera will not work on your BlackBerry without a data plan though.
