hey, just saw this vid on youtube of the qwerty key being rubber and they move around

how do i ensure that i get a qwerty key where the keys are solid?

That review is over 2 years old. Go test the device in a Rogers store and make sure you like it before you buy it, but don't go that guy's pitiful review.

I have a Pearl in my family now almost two years with no issuesm on the keyboard.
