I have a user who seems to have lost all his appointments in the future after syncing his blackberry to his Outlook Calendar (via Exchange 2000) using Desktop Manager.
I've seen stuff posted about loss of past appointments because the BB deletes them, but in this case all his past and present stuff is fine, it's the upcoming appointments that got wiped. Oddly, they still exists on the handheld, but when I try to force replication from the BB to Outlook, it acts as if there's nothing to replicate. Perhaps the appointments aren't gone but merely hidden? I also tried creating a new appointment for the future, and that replicated to both places just fine.
Any idea on what might be happening and how I can try and recover this user's calendar data? Thanks!
