iPhoto & iTunes not syncing w/Missing Sync

Hello! I am new the BB world.... I am using missing sync and have synced the calendar and the address book... for some reason, i can't find my pictures or my music even though BB sync history says it's installed file IMG_2343.JPG to NO NAME. I have looked in media and it is not there... not on my device or my SD card! HELP! :-(

Which BB model are you using? You need to enable media connections, navigate on your BB:

Options > Media Card > Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected

3 options: yes, no and prompt. I personally use 'prompt' so that when i connect usb connector, it will ask me yes or no.

The media card should also be seen on your desktop (and don't forget to eject after syncing)
