am new to BB, and am wondering if "password keeper" is secure to use for sensitive stuff? Or should I consider adding a 3rd pty application?

it cant be synced with a desktop its only on the phone, if you fail x amt of attempts to open it, it will wipe itself. i use it, i dont need to sync it to a pc, i would say yes.

I'm comfortable with its security.

It also depends on the strengh of the password you choose. If you use 1234 as your password, it's not very secure. If you use a complex password, it will be a lot more secure.

I use my password keeper for everything from internet account logins/passwords to credit card and bank info. It's plenty secure for me. Just make sure you keep current backups of your device if you plan on using it.

I have never used this program and have had Blackberry for years. I just reimaged my laptop, so since I had everything saved in the cookies, I have to now remember all of my passwords. I guess its time to use this program. :-)

It's a great program for saving web pswds, numbers such as frequent flyer, auto league, etc & probably safe enough to store bank info but I don't trust it for that kind of info - no reason tho.
