Ok, well my 8820 is being wiped after my little brother played with the password in the dm over 10 times. What will happen to my bb when it is done? Now it is "Scrubbing". Will it just be restored to out-of-the-box condition and themes and crap will be deleted? Thanks.:-(

The device will be wiped clean - nothing left.

Device reset after entering invalid password 10 times takes just few minutes, usually. If it runs for much longer you may have a bigger problem. If process is already completed, you'll see what's left by yourself. Will be not very much, just stuff that came with device when you bought it or even less.

It will be functioning, all right, don't worry about it.

thanks. It was stuck in an app error 523 or something like that because of a theme, so im hoping it clears that up. That is the reason my brother is still alive:)

If content protection is enabled, the device wipe can take several hours.

Since the user mentioned the device was currently scrubbing... This is indicative of content protection being turned on.

Yes that is on. So It will get that theme deleted and all I have to do is reinstall my os?
