BIS email takes about 15 minutes to come through.
Did you try pulling the battery?

Same problem here, and am with AT&T, was about to pull my hair out, till I saw this thread, am hoping it just an outage.

I will add the this has been ongoing for about a week and a half...
One or two emails DO get through here and there, but that's 1 or 2 out of 100 per day......
No filters are in place in BIS

At this point, I would consider wiping that BlackBerry clean.
That is the only thing that I could think of.

Just wondering, have you changed your email client on your PC? Sounds like mail might be getting deleted once it hits your PC email client. Check the client set-up (i.e. Outlook) to make sure you have "Leave Mail on Server" selected.

There is a major TMo outage being reported in the SE & SW US. But you are neither TMo or SE & SW US.
