Does 8820 work with T-Mobile UMA?

Does the 8820 work with tmobiles Hotspot@<hidden> wifi uma? Has anyone tested it?

If it's a TMobile branded 8820, then yes it does.

I read somewhere that it doesn't have voip, is this the same as UMA?

If you get an 8820 from TMobile then it will have UMA (that is VoIP.)
