Deleting synchronisation

When i delete something off my BlackBerry (7100v) i find that it is not deleted in my mail box, even though i set it up to delete from the mailbox and the handheld.
does anyone have any ideas as to why it wont synchronise and how to fix it.

I'll have to defer to someone who actually knows what they're talking about, but in the meantime:

Are you using BES or BWC/BIS?

Go into Messages > Options > EMail Reconciliation

Make sure Wireless Reconcile is set to ON
Make sure Delete On is set to Mailbox & Handheld (or Prompt)

When you delete from the handheld, the deletion will take about 15-20 minutes to reconcile back to your mailbox.

Also, if you delete from the handheld using the 'Delete Prior...' feature, they will only delete from the handheld, and not the mailbox.

Do you have a GPRS signal (all capital letters) ?
However, I don't know if that would be the problem. If you can receive e-mail, you should also be able to delete and wirelessly reconcile.
