Memo on 7520 and Sidekick question

I just got the nextel 7520BB and I would like to know how can I enter memos on my computer and have them send to the 7520? I have alot of notes/memo that I am taking from my sidekick and moving them?

also does anyone know how to that the address from a sidekick and move them?

for memos make sure when you set up the DM that you click the memo and tasks on.

Best way is to compose your memos is via Outlook and sync them over. As for your address book on your SideKick you may be SOL? if I recall the address info for the SideKick is server side through the web, you may need to contact TMo to see if there is a way to export your info?
