I just got my blacberry phone 3 wks ago through cingular and have already dropped it and broken the screen. Everything else works fine. Cingular is telling me it is not covered under warranty and the only thing they can do is replace it for $250. Blackberry says they can relplace screen for $180 but would take 2 wks or they can replace it for $210 and send it to me. I would think you could order just the screen and have an electronics store install it for much cheaper than that.
Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do? any help is greatly appreciated.
