Couple of questions about 8703e

I'm giving my wife my 8703e. How do I wipe it, other than entering the password incorrectly 10 times?
Also, how can I move the icons around?
Did this a long time ago but can't recall how I did it.

Options > security options > general settings, hit menu key and select wipe handheld.

To move icons highlight the icon you wish to move, hit menu key and select move, move it to where you want it to be hit menu key again and select move here or complete move.

There's no menu key on an 8703. You'll need to press the alt key and the trackwheel,then select move. Then press the trackwheel ahain to finalize the move.

be sure not to click "hide icon", it's a doozy gettin them back
