Don't know for sure.... I'm going with the assumption that they want to make sure all the bug are exterminated first ;-)

Maybe they are focusing on the Curve and Pearl more than others?

It seems like they are going with the more flashy phones like the iphone style as the 8830 phone is more of a business type.

or... it could be that more people are using the 8130/8330 than the 8830, so there are more chances for it to leak? the builds are all the same, all are on .51

Like Sith said, .51 is available for all CDMA variations...there just hasn't been a public leak yet.
