Need alittle help with my 8703e

Hi all,
I need some help with adding mp3's/pictures, and syncing my aol mail to my BB.. I downloaded the bb desktop manager, but when i click on media and roxio opens up, it says no device is found.. I bought my BB used but when I try to setup my email, it keeps on saying PIN already in use.. Does anybody know what Im doing wrong?..

To get your pin released you may need to call the carrier that the BIS account was with. If that brings no joy then the person who sold you the phone will need to contact them to get the pin released from their account to enable you to set up your email.

Thank you... I noticed that mine phone (verizon) doesnt have a media player option... Do i need that for mp3 ringtone?
