Deleting Messages on Blackberry and Desktop

I use BIS and understand that there is no synching between the desktop and Blackberry. But, is there anyway to have messages deleted on the desktop when they are deleted on the Blackberry? I realize that this may be viewed as synching but just wonder if it is possible.

Yes, most BIS accounts will do that as it is.
Check your settings in Messages, Options, Email Reconciliation.

I have. I have set the email reconciliation to both desktop and handheld. I can delete messages from either device and the message is not deleted on the other device. Any other advice?
