Moving messages to another folder using BES sync?

I need ya’lls help. I sync my messages to my BB Pearl through my work's BES. There are some messages I want to follow up on later (when I am at my desk), and I ultimately want to move them to another folder on the Exchange server *and* delete them from the BB.

I am not trying to delete the messages from the server, I just want to move them off the BB in to an Exchange folder (ie, "Blackberry Messages"). Once I move the message there on the BB, and hit “reconcile now” on the BB, the message DOES NOT leave my BB. Worse yet, if I delete the message from the BB, the message ends up on my Deleted file on my office Outlook acct. Does anyone have an idea on how to help me manage these messages? Thanks!

How are you moving the email?

I think you just need to turn on the option to hide filed messages. Don't worry about deleting them on the BB.
