Multiple e-mail addresses per person?

Is there a way to have multiple e-mail addresses per person? I would think on an e-mail centric device such as a BB this would be possible? I have a few people that I frequently e-mail at work and at home. I have the home e-mail as the e-mail field and the work one under notes/comments but in order to send them an e-mail to work I have to go to the address book and select it. That means I cant CC/BCC their work address on an e-mail. Thanks!
