I just got a new BB 8820 today and I'm having trouble w/my New Email Indicator.
On my old BB 8800, I had somehow set it up so that when I received a new email, I would get the standard envelope with red star at the top left of my screen. But I had also set it up so that it would NOT tell me how many unread messages I had.
Now, when I receive an email on my 8820, an envelope pops up, but it doesn't have the red star next to it that indicates that I have NEW emails. Also, I can't figure out how to get rid of the count.
Basically, I just want to set up my BB so that when I get a new email, the envelope with the red star shows up. Thanks for your help.
