Uhmm, I was trying to download the OS for the 8100, and I did something with the BB DM I probably shouldn't have, I was messing with it and I tryed to put AIM on it, and it had a loading bar and said 'erasing applications' so I unplugged it. Now the screen is black and the red light at the top speaker is flashing 2 times, stopping then flashing 2 times. I took out the battery for a minute, put it back in, and it's still doing it. Please Help!!!!!!!

Yeah, well I notice it said that you have to have the latest OS on the handheld which is what I was trying to put in it.. So it's not on my phone..

Go to the faqs section and look for how to erase the OS with jlcmder or how to upgrade the OS. That program will wipe the device and you can start over. I am mobile or I would post a link.

You downloaded the program and ran it on your pc and its not erasing your bb.
