Can't transfer media to phone

Since I put 4.5 on my phone, I cannot put any media into my phone. I keep getting the error that there is no more space on the device. My file free though says 20482599. I have no problem adding to the media card though, and I did do a battery pull and optimized the phone.
Anyone have any ideas?

What are you trying to transfer to the phone internal memory. There are serious limitations on the sizes and types of files you can transfer to the internal memory.

Nothing transfers, not pics, ringtones, music, nothing. It doesn't matte how big or small it is, it won't go. I never had this problem before.
I also tried to transfer just by drag & drop without using the DM.

There is a setting somewhere in options or from the media menu where you can set how much memory is allocated for media. I don't know if this actually prevents transfers if set to 0 MB but that's something to check.
