problem with my pearl, HELP HELP HELP

ok so for some reason my when im texting or just pressing some of the buttons on my pearl the camera with pop up and just take a picture. it gets really annoying when im trying to do other stuff. i tried to reload the OS but im but sure how. i follow all the instructions that i find but the only thing is that no upgrade screen appears and so i dont know how to load in the OS or reformat it. i need help

What is your specific model? Find the latest OS at the top of the 81xx section.
