doES Jl_Cmander work with vista?

If it does why isnt it working with me? I download it, unzip the file extract and the when i go to open it I get a are you sure you wanna install jl_comader on your computer then i click on yes, and all i get is a new icon with a plan sheet of paper on it and when i click on it it says specified path not found. Why???

Delete it, and right click on the file and run as administrator and see if that works.

I never had that happen and I'm running Vista as well. But like Zerog said, try running as administrator.
